Tropico Security is seeking its Founders' Associate to build the operating backbone as the company scales. You’ll work directly with the founders across finance ops, data rooms, HR tooling, and vendor logistics to keep the business moving.
You will later grow into a Chief of Staff with cross-functional projects, investor reporting, and OKR work, while turning ambiguity into scalable systems. Italian native with fluent English is preferred.
