Lead Sales Engineer (UK location, optional: Poland, Italy, France, Greece)
As Lead Sales Engineer at Sabre, you will shape technical strategy and pre-sales engagement for high-value opportunities across EMEA. You act as a trusted advisor to customer executives while guiding cross-functional teams to align implementation work with business goals. You’ll drive discovery, architecture design, and risk mitigation to enable scalable Sabre travel solutions. - Partner with Sales, Product and Delivery teams to lead customer workshops, RFP responses and technical presentations




- Identify technical risks, system dependencies and execution considerations to ensure seamless product implementations
- Mentor sales engineers, establish sales engineering best practices and foster cross-functional collaboration across teams
- Use AI-enabled automation and workflow tools to streamline RFP responses, technical documentation and pre-sales discovery
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting or Pre-Sales within travel technology or enterprise SaaS
- Strong expertise with travel technology, enterprise software, APIs, integrations and complex Sabre products and automations
- Proven success leading solution architecture and driving technical strategy for high-value sales opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage technical and executive audiences
- Professional fluency in English and at least one ad
