Join our team of agents and contribute to the growth of a recognized and innovative brand. ### Responsibilities * Acquisition of new customers and development of the assigned territory * Support to partners in the purchasing process and after-sales,
with a focus on sell-out * Preparation of offers and commercial proposals * Post-sales consulting and customer loyalty for acquired customers * Management of relationships with potential and consolidated customers ### Skills and Professionalism #### Required qualifications * Minimum experience in the role * Own car * VAT number or willingness to open one * Preferable experience in the beauty sector * Good knowledge of the Office package #### Personal skills * Experience in direct sales * Excellent communication and relational skills * Dynamism and entrepreneurial spirit * Negotiation skills ### Benefits #### What is offered * Fixed compensation + Commissions + monthly bonuses + bonuses on distribution and campaigns * Single-agent contract with VAT number * Active and consolidated customer portfolio exclusively * Assigned area with development objectives * Continuous product training * Provision of tools for the activity ### Additional Information * Place of Work: Carrara * Working hours: Tempo pieno * Contract level: VAT NUMBER
