Ensuring quality and environmental compliance (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001) and internal requirements.

The role has overall responsibility for quality across the manufacturing operations for the industrial automation market, with a strong focus on product reliability, process capability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Requirements · Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline · Significant experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment.

· Experience in electromechanical, industrial automation, or related industry · Solid knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001/IATF and Quality Management Systems · Experience with manufacturing process control, product testing, non-conformity management,



and continuous improvement · Experience in customer and supplier quality management · Familiarity with quality methodologies and tools such as 8D, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, 5 Why, Ishikawa, and CAPA · Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
