Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior
designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of

Commis de Cuisine, your responsibilities will include: Preparing
preliminary ingredients and mise en place, Preparing recipes
according to technical sheets, Preparing dishes in line with the
menu and specific customer requests, Checking preparations
(tasting, analyzing, and making adjustments when necessary),
Storing food products according to the establishment’s procedures,
Receiving and carrying out quantitative and qualitative checks of
deliveries, Applying current hygiene and safety regulations,
Wearing professional attire in compliance with hygiene and safety
