ABOUT THE ROLE – Project Service Manager
We are looking for a Project Service Manager with proven experience in managing project support and project control functions within complex Oil&Gas; projects.
Reporting to the Project General Manager, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating project services including cost control, planning and scheduling, document control, procurement support, logistics and project administration. The role will act as a key interface between the technical project team, corporate functions, contractors and the Client, ensuring effective project execution in terms of cost, schedule, compliance and operational requirements.

Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate project service activities across engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning phases.
- Manage and coordinate project services teams covering cost control, planning, document control, logistics and procurement support.
- Develop and maintain the Project Services Execution Plan in line with project and Client requirements.
- Oversee project cost control, budget monitoring, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Supervise project planning and scheduling activities, ensuring integration of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning schedules.
- Coordinate subcontractor schedules and monitor overall project progress against the approved baseline.
- Support procurement and contract management activities, monitoring material,
equipment and service deliveries.
- Coordinate the mobilization and demobilization of personnel, materials and equipment for onshore and offshore activities.
- Oversee marine logistics, transportation and offshore service planning, including vessel scheduling and SIMOPS requirements.
- Ensure effective document control and compliance with contractual document submission requirements.
- Monitor project cost and schedule performance and identify risks, deviations and corrective actions.
- Prepare and coordinate weekly and monthly project service reports for management and the Client.
- Ensure project service activities comply with project procedures, contractual requirements, HSE standards and applicable regulations.
- Act as a key interface between the Project General Manager, project disciplines, contractors, vendors and corporate support functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
- At least 15 years of professional experience in Project Services, Project Controls or similar roles after obtaining the university degree.
- Proven experience in Oil&Gas;, EPC/EPCIC or complex industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of project controls, including cost control, planning, scheduling and progress monitoring.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project support teams.
- Solid understanding of procurement, contracts, logistics and document control processes.
- Experience with offshore project execution, marine logistics and SIMOPS requirements is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and Client interface skills.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure and fast-paced project environments.
- Excellent spoken and written English, including proven ability to prepare and present technical and management reports.
The salary for this role ranges from €50.000 to €80.000
The position is governed by the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Commerce and Tertiary Sector applied by our company.
The final salary within the stated range will be determined based on the candidate's technical skills, relevant experience in the role, and the outcome of the selection process, using objective and neutral criteria.
In exceptional cases, where a candidate's profile significantly exceeds the requirements associated with the stated salary range, a review of the compensation may be considered, subject to internal approval.
