Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end delivery of Data Centre power solution projects across Europe, spanning contract award to commissioning and handover. You act within an international matrix to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with contractual and customer requirements. You’ll manage cross-functional and external partners, combining technical leadership with strong commercial ownership to drive project success.

Responsabilità

- Lead Data Centre power solution projects from contract award through commissioning and handover
- Develop and implement project execution plans aligned with contracts and customer expectations
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations
- Ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery meeting quality and safety standards
- Coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Service and Commercial teams
- Manage external suppliers and EPC contractors; monitor performance and resolve delivery issues
- Own project financial performance; manage budgets, forecasts, profitability and cash flow
- Support lifecycle costing and TCO assessments; understand customer investment drivers




- Lead stakeholder engagement and project review meetings; ensure clear communication across teams
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain and Aftermarket
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management or related technical discipline
- 6–10 years of experience delivering complex industrial, energy or mission-critical infrastructure projects
- Experience in Data Centres, Critical Power, Power Generation, BESS, Electrical Infrastructure or Industrial Energy Solutions
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with technical and commercial complexity
- Experience with international customers and multidisciplinary teams
- Commercial & Financial experience including project financial management, budgeting, forecasting, profitability, cash flow, change management, and risk (desirable)
- Understanding of customer investment models and complex financing arrangements
