As a Partnership Manager Assistant – Graduate Internship (Tirocinio extracurriculare), you'll support both Account Management and Business Development teams, working with data while gaining direct exposure to clients and commercial activities.
Support the Partnership Management and Business Development teams in their daily activities
Monitor partner performance and prepare reports and analyses
Identify opportunities to optimize partner campaigns and improve results
Work extensively with Excel, data sets and performance metrics
Build and maintain relationships with partners and support partner communications
Generate insights to support business and commercial decisions
Contribute to commercial initiatives and cross-functional projects
What defines you Strong interest in partnerships, digital business and commercial activities
Motivation to work in a fast‐paced and partner‐facing environment
Analytical mindset and confidence working with data
Good knowledge of Excel
Structured and detail‐oriented approach
Curiosity and willingness to learn
Interest in e‐commerce,
affiliate marketing or digital marketing is a plus
Scientific or quantitative background is a plus
Fluent Italian (C2) and good English (B2–C1)
Based in Milan or nearby, with availability to join the office once a week.
