We start with questions before choosing tools. Our work spans branding, copywriting, design, creative production, social media, SEO, paid media and training.

We are a close-knit team with complementary skills, supported by a network of specialised professionals. No factory settings. We are looking for a mid-level professional who can independently manage the agency’s paid media activities, from strategic planning to performance measurement.

Google

Ads and Meta Ads will be the primary platforms, but we also want to assess and test opportunities such as ChatGPT Ads, Pinterest Ads, Spotify Ads and other emerging channels—whenever they make sense for the audience, objectives and measurement framework. This is a 30–40-hour-per-week hybrid position, requiring regular presence at our Florence office. Develop paid media strategies based on objectives, audiences, funnels and KPIs.

Set up, manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. Manage campaign structures, targeting, budgets, bidding and testing. Configure and verify GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, events, Conversion APIs, UTMs and attribution systems.

Translate data into actionable recommendations rather than metric-only reports. Build clear dashboards and periodic performance reports. Evaluate additional advertising platforms and propose experiments supported by a clear rationale.

Help develop internal paid media procedures, templates and quality standards.



At least 3–5 years of hands‑on experience managing digital advertising campaigns. Strong operational knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Experience managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

Experience with lead generation, e‑commerce, awareness or consideration campaigns. Good knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion‑tracking systems. The ability to interpret data, identify problems and explain the reasoning behind decisions. The ability to work effectively with creative and strategic professionals. Professional working proficiency in English. Previous agency experience and responsibility for multiple clients. Knowledge of Looker Studio and dashboarding tools.

Experience with Consent Mode, CMPs, server‑side tracking and Conversion APIs.

Experience with advertising platforms beyond Google Ads and Meta Ads. Knowledge of the hospitality, food, retail or luxury industries. Relevant professional certifications. A role with genuine autonomy and direct responsibility for projects.

A hybrid working arrangement based in Florence. A weekly commitment of between 30 and 40 hours. The possibility of either employment or freelance collaboration, depending on the candidate’s profile and mutual evaluation.
