Within the Aircraft BU, the reference person for FOD Prevention management in the Experimental Area of the Venegono Plant ensures the management and application of FOD prevention procedures applicable to the experimental area and all activities related to FOD prevention.

The resource will be involved in the following activities:

- Ensure the achievement of site FOD prevention targets in terms of contribution from the experimental area.




- Plan annual FOD prevention plans applicable to the experimental area in complete integration with the Plant's FOD prevention plans managed directly by the Plant's FOD Manager.
- Coordinate with the Plant's FOD Manager for the planning of specific FOD Walks activities, issuing periodic reports, trend analysis and defining containment, corrective or improvement actions.
- Development of Root Cause and Corrective Actions in case of findings related to FOD (Escapes, Inconvenience Reports, etc.).
- Management of activities related to FOD event monitoring and FOD tag management.
- Development, issuance, updates and management of area FOD prevention procedures.
- Support with responsibility for Internal Audits, Customers, Visits, Third Parties, Promotional Events on the topic of FOD.

# Education:

- STEM degree (preferably Aeronautical Engineering)

# Required experience level:

- Expert

# Technical skills:

- Operational knowledge of the Workshop and FOD prevention issues.

# Behavioral skills:

- Ability to organize oneself in the methodical development of programmed plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize and focus on the primary causes of problems.

- Ability to work in contexts of high technical and organizational complexity.

# Computer skills:

# How does the selection process work?
