We’re hiring: Mandarin-speaking Account Manager – Italy Temu is expanding its commercial team in Italy, and we’re looking for an Account Manager to support and grow our local merchant partners. The role focuses on: Managing merchant relationships and day-to-day account needs Supporting merchant onboarding and operational problem-solving Working cross-functionally to improve account performance and growth Helping merchants navigate the platform and identify business opportunities What we’re looking for: Based in Italy Mandarin Chinese at working proficiency Strong Italian and English communication skills Experience in account management, client management, customer success, partnerships, or similar commercial roles E-commerce / marketplace experience is a plus, but not mandatory The role is full-time and remote within Italy .
