We are looking for an AI Global Platform Engineer to design, build, and scale the technical backbone of our international voice and automation platforms. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role where your code will directly impact enterprise operations across Europe and Latin America.

What You Will Do
- Core Platform Evolution: Develop and optimize our voicebot platform and its critical infrastructure: STT, TTS, telephony protocols, and advanced LLM orchestration.
- Enterprise AI Architecture: Design and deploy complex conversational architectures and robust RAG pipelines capable of handling real-world, high-volume enterprise constraints.
- Production-Grade LLM Engineering: Integrate and benchmark LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, open-source models) focusing on production realities: latency minimization, cost optimization, and extreme reliability.
