We are looking for an engaged and passionate Demand Planner to join our Integrated Business Planning Function, in our HQ in Milan, Italy. The candidate will support demand forecasting and supply planning activities for carry over products, helping to ensure product availability and optimal inventory levels. Through data analysis and close collaboration with cross-functional teams, the role will contribute to aligning market demand with production and distribution plans. In particular, the Demand Planner will be responsible for: Responsible for planning and analyzing demand forecasts to optimize the sourcing and distribution of our carry over products Work closely with the production department, planning and merchandising to ensure efficient supply flow and meet market demand Analyze and interpret historical sales data to develop accurate forecasts of future demand Collaborate with the region teams to gather insights on market trends, planned promotions,
and other factors influencing demand Use statistical models to generate short-term and long-term demand forecasts Analyze inventory data to identify optimal stock levels and minimize excesses or shortages Generate regular reports on forecast performance, stock turnover, and other key metrics Conduct in-depth analysis of market demand, consumer behaviors, and industry trends to drive strategic business decisions At least 3 years of experience in a similar role Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, supply chain management, or a related field Ability to work independently in a dynamic work environment Demonstrated ability to evaluate business trends and draw actionable conclusions to maximize business opportunities Demonstrated ability to influence and effectively negotiate with cross functional business partners Experienced in international and multicultural environments Compensation &
