Overview
In this role you drive project delivery from Execution Readiness to handover, ensuring safety, quality, cost and schedule targets. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams and manage client relationships to secure project success. The position supports scalable, multi-site wind energy projects and requires proactive risk management and strong commercial focus. You will work within a global, cross-functional environment shaping impactful energy projects.

Responsabilità
- Own the project from Execution Readiness to final acceptance and handover to Service
- Plan, manage, coordinate, and lead the project team
- Ensure safe and successful delivery (safety, cost, quality, schedule)
- Align with key functions (Global Sourcing, Legal, HSE, Quality, Supply Chain, operations)
- Represent the company to clients and maintain high customer satisfaction




- Guarantee compliance with HSE and technical site requirements
- Manage project finances: budgets, forecasts, cost control
- Identify risks and implement mitigation measures
- Handle claims, disputes, change orders, invoicing, and cash collection

Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years of Project Manager experience in complex technical projects (civil construction, manufacturing/plant engineering, wind energy, or similar)
- Experience managing multi-million EUR contracts with strong commercial and financial acumen
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in engineering or related field
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
- Experience in a global, cross-functional environment
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
