What you will do

As Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for all activities related to:

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating domestic and international commercial contracts;
- Legal support for corporate functions and bidding procedures;
- Assistance with extraordinary transactions, M&A;, and due diligence;
- Management of disputes, claims, and potential litigation;
- Assessment of legal and contractual risks;




- Coordination of law firms and external consultants;
- Improvement and digitization of legal processes.

Who you are

Master’s degree in Law with:

- At least 3 years of experience at law firms or in corporate legal departments;
- Experience in commercial contracts, preferably in the technology, energy, industrial, or infrastructure sectors;
- Knowledge of commercial and corporate law;
- Experience in M&A;, due diligence, and, preferably, public contracts and tenders;
- Admission to the bar is considered a plus;
- Excellent command of English.
