Job Title

Junior World Class Manufacturing Engineer

Purpose The Junior WCM Specialist will support the Continuous Improvement team in implementing World Class Manufacturing principles within the plant. The role involves operational and analytical activities aimed at improving the efficiency, quality, and safety of production processes, with a particular focus on change management, especially in the operational area, demonstrating the ability to address and overcome internal resistance.

Job

- Support the implementation of Operational Excellence
- Propose and coordinate continuous improvement projects and Kaizen workshops
- Collaborate with the Production, Maintenance, Engineering,



and Quality departments to collect data and propose improvement solutions
- Contribute to process standardization and the dissemination of WCM culture
- Monitor, improve, and analyze plant KPIs to support the team
- Prepare reports and presentations for activity monitoring

Reporting The position reports to the T&M; Analyst & Lean Engineer

Skills

- Master's degree in Engineering (Management, Mechanical, Industrial, or similar)
- Preferable 1 or 2 years of experience in similar roles
- In-depth knowledge of Lean/WCM principles (5S, SMED, TPM, etc.)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent command of Excel and knowledge of Power BI and programming logic is preferred
