Overview
In this global leadership role, you will craft and drive immersive Brand Experience programs that bring Valentino’s seasonal narratives to life across markets. You’ll lead creative concepts and activation formats that deepen emotional connection with clients and elevate the brand across luxury, hospitality, and culture. You’ll collaborate with regional teams and cross-functional partners to ensure consistent, high-impact experiences aligned with the CMO's strategy and brand direction. You’ll mentor the Brand Experience team and measure impact to continuously evolve the offering. This is an opportunity to shape experiences at scale for a global luxury house with a strong cultural footprint.

Responsabilità
- Develop and execute global Brand Experience initiatives across markets and Maison moments




- Create innovative experiential concepts aligned with seasonal narratives and product launches
- Design elevated formats to strengthen emotional connection, desirability, and belonging
- Build regional guidelines and activation frameworks with local adaptability
- Partner with regional marketing to deliver tailored experiential solutions
- Ensure activations follow brand standards, guidelines, and CMO priorities
- Coordinate with Creative Director’s office and Brand Image for alignment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, PR, Retail, VM, Clienteling, CRM, Brand Image, Partnerships, Digital and Graphics
- Develop experiential concepts for fashion shows, launches, client activations, cultural initiatives, private events, and regional activations
- Research and propose collaborators, venues, partners, and formats to evolve Brand Experience
- Identify opportunities to increase visibility, desirability, and cultural relevance
- Support regions with fresh concepts to sus
