Overview
In this role you will design, implement, and operate OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms in enterprise settings, driving automation and CI/CD excellence. You will work cross-functionally with Dev, Ops, Cloud, Security, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions. You’ll optimize the application lifecycle, troubleshoot performance, and advance DevOps practices, partnering with clients to translate requirements into impactful infrastructure. Responsabilità
- Design and manage OpenShift / Kubernetes platforms in enterprise environments
- Develop and maintain automation solutions using Ansible (playbooks, roles, automation frameworks)
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains (Jenkins,



GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD)
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices (Terraform, Ansible)
- Support and optimize the application lifecycle (build, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot)
- Execute advanced troubleshooting and performance optimization activities
- Ensure compliance with security, reliability, and operational standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement of DevOps practices and automation strategies
- Interact with clients in technical discussions and delivery activities
- Understand business and technical requirements and translate them into solutions
- Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions within the team
- Support workshops, onboarding, and DevOps adoption initiatives
- Apply a consultative approach to deliver value and improve client environments
- Work in cross-functional Agile teams (Dev, Ops, Cloud, Security, Architecture)
