Silca is a global leader in the development and production of keys and key duplication systems. The Company is part of the Key & Wall Solutions and OEM (KWO) business segment of dormakaba, a globally renowned player in access solutions technology.

We are looking for an HR Learning & Development Specialist to join our site in Vittorio Veneto (TV), reporting to the Senior Vice President HR of the KWO Segment.

Within the Talent Team, you will contribute to training programs, development processes, and the performance evaluation process for Vittorio Veneto and EMEA sites, supporting Local HR teams in other regions.

What skills we expect you to have:

• Master’s degree or equivalent; a specialization in HR is a plus

• 2+ years of experience in HR

• Full proficiency in English (C1) and Italian

• Strong motivation to pursue a career in Learning & Development

We offer a permanent employment contract under the "CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria", Level C3.

The compensation package includes company PdR, welfare, and benefits. The specific salary range will be disclosed prior to the interview.
