Role Description The Italy Online Language School Franchise Partnership role is a remote, contract opportunity to establish and grow Lingua Learn’s presence in the Italian market. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing a local growth strategy, identifying and engaging prospective individual and corporate clients, and promoting Lingua Learn’s range of online language and soft-skills courses.





The partner will manage local marketing initiatives, coordinate with the Global Franchise Support Team on sales, HR, and academic operations, and oversee the customer journey from initial inquiry through enrollment. This role also involves monitoring performance metrics, adapting offerings to local demand, and ensuring consistent brand representation and high-quality learner experiences.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills for client outreach, proposals, and local marketing activities.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market potential, track performance, and refine growth strategies.
- Candidates should possess Training experience or familiarity with educational services to coordinate learning programs and support quality delivery.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, business development or sales experience, and the ability to operate independently in a remote, contract-based role.
- Fluency in Italian and good command of English; prior experience in education, franchising, or service-based businesses is an advantage.
- Competence with digital tools, CRM systems, and online marketing channels, along with strong organizational and time-management skills.
