Overview In this role you support the delivery of IT initiatives and workstreams, acting as a key contact for project teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate IT work and assist with compliance related to contractual commitments. You will apply foundational IT and PM knowledge across methodologies to help projects succeed and drive positive organizational impact.

Responsabilità

- Assist in developing project plans with defined scope, objectives, tasks, and resources
- Monitor progress against timelines and ensure timely task completion
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and document meeting notes
- Maintain project documentation (plans, status reports, technical specs, minutes)
- Support resource coordination (personnel, equipment, budget) and report updates to senior team




- Track and report project/program progress with regular reports
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, escalating as needed
- Research best practices and trends in project management and information systems
- Contribute to day-to-day team improvements and issue resolution

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree or 2+ years in project management/IT
- 1–2 years PM experience focused on information systems (networks/servers/software deployment)
- Understanding of PM methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Familiarity with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of SDLC methodologies
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence
- Second European language is a nice-to-have
- Travel up to 25%
