In this role you support the evolution of administration, accounting and control for major Italian banks. You join a growing Finance Transformation team to drive process efficiency and reengineering, using technology as a change catalyst. - Contribute to the evolution of administrative, accounting and control processes for banking clients
- Lead efficiency initiatives and business process reengineering in financial areas
- Leverage technology to enable change and improve outcomes
- Propose innovative ideas within an expanding, cross‑functional team
- Manage junior resources and collaborate with senior colleagues

Requisiti fondamentali




- 4/5 years of experience in Financial Services
- Laurea in discipline economiche
- Competence in administration, accounting and budget processes
- Advanced knowledge of EPM applications (e.g., CCH Tagetik)
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (PMI, Agile/Scrum)
- Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong relational and communication skills
- Curiosity, flexibility and initiative; team orientation
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
