Product Development Intern
As a leading global player in the sports equipment industry, HEAD offers exciting opportunities for ambitious talents. We are currently seeking a Product Development Intern for our cycling apparel brand, Le Col.

Based in our Milano office, you will play a key role in supporting the Product Development team across the entire lifecycle of high-performance technical apparel.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with sample management and technical documentation.
- Update Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage product data in PLM/ERP systems.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams (Design, Merchandising, Production) to ensure development timelines are met.
- Monitor development status to support the successful delivery of high-performance cycling apparel.

Candidate Requirements
- Education in Fashion Design,



Textile Technology, or related fields.
- Foundational knowledge of garment construction and technical materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Package.
- Fluency in English.
- A genuine passion for cycling or technical performance apparel is highly desirable.

Pay range and compensation package
- Internship duration: 6 months
- Work location: Milano
- Total compensation: €6,000. Buoni pasto included.
