We are looking for an Hybrid Powertrain Engineer with hands-on experience in P0, P1 and/or P4 hybrid architectures . This is the key requirement for the role.

Main activities:

- Develop control strategies and functions for hybrid powertrain systems .
- Work on System/Function Development , from requirements to implementation and validation.
- Develop and test models using MATLAB/Simulink .
- Support ECU and software development , including C/Python activities.
- Contribute to calibration, testing and validation of powertrain control functions.
- Work on Range Extender (REX) and hybrid powertrain projects.

Requirements:

- Engineering degree in Automotive,



Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Control Engineering or similar.
- Previous experience in Automotive Control Systems / Hybrid Powertrain .
- Hands-on experience with P0, P1 and/or P4 architectures is essential.
- Good knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink .
- Experience with ECUs and C/Python .
- Experience in System/Function Development, Software Development, Calibration or Validation .
- Fluent English and strong problem-solving skills.
