Reporting to the HR Financial Control Senior Manager the HR Controller plays a strategic role in aligning cost control with HR operations. This position supports the organization in managing people-related costs through budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of both finance and HR dynamics.

Key Responsibilities People Cost Analysis Monitor and analyze HR-related costs (FTE/HC evolution), identifying trends and providing insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.

Monthly Closings Ensure accurate and timely submission of People Cost packages during monthly closings. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to validate and reconcile data.

Budgeting & Forecasting Lead and support the budgeting and forecasting processes for HR costs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and workforce planning.

Cost Optimization Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives within HR operations. Monitor spending and ensure adherence to financial targets.

Ad Hoc Analysis & Business Cases Conduct in-depth analyses and support the development of business cases for HR initiatives, organizational changes, and investment decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with HR Business Partners, Finance Controllers,



and other stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on people cost management.

Key Requirements Minimum 3/4 years in Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis, or similar roles, preferably in an international environment Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Proficiency in financial and HR reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Workday, Excel, Power BI) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail Business acumen Collaboration and stakeholder management Initiative and drive for continuous improvement Salary Package Gross Annual Salary: 38000€ (unless otherwise agreed, in the event of a positive outcome of the selection process, should specific levels of experience and autonomy and/or particular competencies emerge during the selection process, based on objective criteria).
