Treatwell is a market-leading SaaS platform combined with the continent’s largest beauty marketplace, operating across 14 markets, supporting 800+ colleagues and partnering with approximately 95,000 salons. This role exists to be the connective tissue at the centre of the business, and you’ll do it working directly alongside our CEO and Executive Team.
You’ll own the Executive operating rhythm end-to-end, from strategic planning and company-wide OKRs through to Board and Executive reporting, working directly with the CEO and in close partnership with the CFO and the broader leadership team. You’ll be the connective tissue across the organisation, bringing together Product Engineering, Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Supply, Customer Experience, Legal and People & Talent, and the person who makes sure our biggest cross-functional programmes land at pace. You’ll also be a trusted thought partner to the Executive Team: turning complex commercial and operational data into the insight and recommendations that shape how Treatwell makes its biggest decisions.




This is one of the most senior and visible roles in the business, sitting at the centre of a category-defining European platform and shaping how we execute strategy across 14 markets, functions and audiences.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Partnering with the CEO, CFO and Executive Team translating strategy into clear execution plans, and coordinating the annual strategic planning process and quarterly business reviews
- Owning the operating rhythm around company-wide OKRs monitoring progress, challenging delivery risk, and keeping leadership focused on the initiatives with the greatest business impact
- Leading Treatwell’s highest-priority cross-functional programmes setting up governance, milestones and reporting, managing interdependencies across functions and markets, and removing blockers before they slow delivery
