Your Role And Responsibilities
The Europe Business Development and Sales Manager for Building Automation will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding market presence in the region for the Building Automation product portfolio (KNX, HVAC, and IoT) in the European market. This position involves analyzing market trends and customers’ needs to develop strategic plans, leading sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets, and fostering strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. The manager will lead a team of sales and product marketing specialist in 4 European countries and will collaborate cross-functionally with local sales,



marketing, product management, and operations teams to align business objectives while actively engaging in industry networking to promote ABB’s innovative building automation solutions.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
Preferred location is within Europe including but not limited to Italy, Germany, Spain, UK, Switzerland, Spain, Austria
You Will Be Mainly Accountable For
- Market Strategy Development: Analyze market trends and customer needs to create and implement strategic plans for growth in building automation and develop plants to penetrate new markets and expand existing position.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Lead and drive targeted sales initiatives, collaborating with local sales teams to establish and achieve ambitious revenue targets in the commercial and hospitality segments.
