We are looking for an IT & Cybersecurity Manager based in Milan to support the consolidation and evolution of RIMOND's IT landscape, which is entirely cloud-based.

The role will contribute to the implementation of IT governance, cloud infrastructure management, cybersecurity initiatives, and digital transformation projects across the Group. Working closely with senior management and external service providers, the successful candidate will help improve operational efficiency, strengthen security controls, and support the standardization of IT processes.

As a technology-driven company, RIMOND is also committed to expanding the adoption of AI tools and fostering an AI-first culture across the organization, and the role will play an active part in that journey.

The position combines operational responsibilities with project coordination activities and requires a proactive,



hands‑on approach in a fast-growing international environment.

Key Responsibilities
IT Operations & Cloud Infrastructure
- Support the implementation of the Group IT roadmap and operational initiatives
- Coordinate external IT service providers, monitoring service quality, SLA compliance, and issue resolution
- Support IT budget tracking and reporting activities
- Contribute to the standardization and governance of RIMOND's cloud-based IT infrastructure, including cloud services, networks, and end-user devices
- Manage IT assets (PCs, laptops, mobile devices) and maintain accurate inventory records
- Support software license administration and optimization activities, managing both Italian and international license portfolios across the Group
- Coordinate internal IT support processes, ticket management, and user requests, working closely with external partners such as CDLAN
