The Tax Specialist will be part of the Accounting&Tax; department, providing Italian tax services to a wide range of foreign clients. The Tax Specialist will support colleagues within the Tax Department and collaborate with colleagues in the Accounting Team.

Accounting, tax and corporate services for Italian companies and subsidiaries of multinational groups;

Preparation of statutory financial statements, including additional notes and management reports;

Support the Accounting&Tax; team with monthly reporting packages for clients;





Computation of yearly corporate income and local taxes (IRES, IRAP), property taxes, and corporate duties;

Support the Accounting team with periodic VAT and WHT compliance;

Support the Client Headquarters in the review of accounting ledgers and perform adjustments in compliance with Italian law;

Provide corporate secretarial assistance (drafting shareholder and board of directors’ resolutions in Italian and English), and monitor and manage annual mandatory filings;

Good written and spoken English;

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and manage multiple tasks for different clients;

At least 1 year of experience, preferably gained in a similar environment;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
