The Director, Ideal Combine Engineering provides strategic and operational leadership for the global IDEAL Combine engineering organization. This role is accountable for the performance, development, and execution of engineering activities supporting the IDEAL platform throughout the product lifecycle, including new product development, product improvement, quality enhancement, cost optimization, validation, and technology integration.
The incumbent leads multiple engineering managers and technical leaders, establishes the long-term product and technology roadmap, and aligns engineering priorities with AGCO’s business strategy, customer needs, manufacturing objectives, and future harvesting technology vision.




This position serves as a key member of the Harvesting Engineering Leadership Team and partners across Product Management, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, Precision Ag, Digital, and Regional Commercial organizations to deliver world-class harvesting solutions.

- Develop and execute the long-term engineering strategy for the global IDEAL Combine platform, aligning technology roadmaps, innovation priorities, and engineering objectives with AGCO’s harvesting strategy
