We are looking for a Talent Manager to join our HR team, who will be responsible for innovating and enhancing talent attraction while managing the full recruitment cycle, strengthening employer branding, and collaborating with hiring managers to attract and develop top talent.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

- Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: develop and drive strategies to attract highly qualified candidates; supervise recruitment and hiring processes; establish new partnerships and synergies with universities and specialized schools, fostering employer branding initiatives
