Our client is an

international manufacturing and distribution company

in the field of medical devices.

Your Tasks

Manage and optimize daily office workflows, internal processes, and operational KPIs

Lead and support the local team in logistics, orders, invoicing, warehouse management, accounts, and IT support

Supervise and support public tender processes for hospitals and healthcare institutions in Italy

Advise on complex procurement procedures, compliance topics, and administrative requirements

Ensure compliance with Italian healthcare regulations and public procurement law

Ensure smooth order processing, invoicing, claims handling, stock control, and consignment inventory management

Act as the interface between local operation, sales, logistics, and the international headquarters

Manage vendors, office facilities, fleet contracts, and operational costs





Coordinate medical congresses and corporate events

Your Profile

At least 5 years of experience in operations, office management, or senior administrative leadership

Experience in the area of medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry

Strong experience with Italian public tenders, hospital procurement procedures, and tender platforms

Experience in invoicing, claims management, warehouse management, and administrative workflowsFamiliarity with ERP systems, order entry workflows, and consignment inventory logic

Proven leadership experience with small to medium-sized teams

Fluent Italian and English knowledge are mandatory

Structured, xbvzest pragmatic, and detail-oriented working style with strong problem-solving skills

Resilience under pressure, especially during tender deadlines
