Overview

As a BMN & Cybersecurity Specialist, you protect and optimize Thales Alenia Space BMN environments, ensuring integrity, availability, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with the OPS-IT, business, and IS/cyber teams to manage assets, implement security controls, and sustain NIS2 alignment. The role combines hands-on security with risk management, incident response, and security-by-design across aerospace BMNs.

This is a chance to influence critical, cross-functional platforms at a leading European space manufacturer.

Responsabilità

- Manage BMN activities at the OPS-IT level in collaboration with BNSR, IS, and Cyber teams
- Identify, track, and manage assets across their lifecycle with strong control and hardening
- Perform risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and hardening reviews
- Oversee asset derogation processes with justification and remediation plans
- Implement and monitor IAM for secure access management
- Uphold data security and information management standards per policies
- Develop and test incident response and disaster recovery plans
- Lead security event monitoring and timely incident response
- Promote security awareness across the organization
- Produce security, compliance, risk, and incident reports for stakeholders




- Embed Security by Design and privacy by design in projects and systems
- Maintain liaison with national authorities for NIS2 compliance and reporting

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor in Computer Science
- Experience in aerospace or regulated environments with a focus on business value, compliance, and operational excellence
- Proven track record in digital transformation and IT modernization for aerospace
- Project management experience and involvement in transformation programs
- Experience designing security awareness programs
- Relevant professional cybersecurity certifications preferred
- Experience in cybersecurity, asset management, or IT risk management
- Experience with security frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST
- Experience with vulnerability management and incident response
- Experience with regulatory compliance and audits
