You will be:

- prepare and execute test cases for backend and integration scenarios,
- perform API testing, including file generation, event flows and Bulk API round-trips,
- test integrations between Salesforce and other backend systems,
- validate integrations with SEDA, Elliot and an AKS-based integration system,




- prepare and maintain test data,
- support test environment maintenance and troubleshooting,
- analyze test results and report defects,
- collaborate with developers, business analysts and other QA engineers in a distributed team.

Your profile:

- hands-on experience in backend, API or integration testing,
- practical experience with API testing and integration test scenarios,
- experience preparing test cases and maintaining test data,
- understanding of backend event flows and system integrations,
- experience testing integrations with Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms,
- good understanding of QA processes and testing methodologies,
- ability to investigate issues across integrated systems and communicate findings clearly,
- Italian at B2+ level,
- good English communication skills,
- willingness to work from Milan 2–3 days per quarter.

Nice to have:

- experience with Salesforce integrations,
- experience with Bulk API or similar APIs,
- familiarity with SEDA,
- familiarity with Elliot,
- experience with AKS or other Kubernetes-based integration environments.
