Manage a portfolio existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention Serve as the primary client contact, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues Identify emerging client needs to inform new product and service development Ensure compliance with industry standards and mitigate errors or omissions Minimum of 10 years in a senior account management role, with business development experience Registration in the Italian broker register, section B (preferred) Strong expertise in customer relationship management, consulting, and project management Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
