What Finanz is

Finanz is a personalised financial education app used by more than 250,000 people, most of whom had never invested before. People come to us at the exact moment money is on their mind — buying a home, choosing insurance, opening a business, making a first investment — and they stay, because what they read is useful rather than promotional.

That is a rare thing in media: an audience that is young, financially active, and actually trusts what it's reading. You would be selling access to it.

What you sell

A brand sponsors one of our courses and becomes the reference name in its category for everyone who takes it: logo in the course listing, plus a dedicated two-to-three-minute in-course section on why the brand matters. One course, one brand at a time — genuinely scarce placement, and because the editorial voice stays ours, users read it as a recommendation, not an ad.

The results back it up: on one existing partnership, more than 1,500 users made their first ever investment within six months. That turns the conversation from a media buy into a business case.

Who buys it

Marketing and brand teams at companies above €30M in revenue with a seven-figure marketing budget, targeting 18-40 year olds interested in money: mortgages, insurance,



lending, succession planning, business banking.

The role

Full-cycle, end to end: you pick the course, map the companies, open the contact, run discovery, negotiate, sign — then own launch, reporting and renewal. The cycle is about four weeks, so you can sign in your first month and keep getting shots on goal after that.

Fully remote or from our Milan office.

Who we're looking for

- Background in media sales, sponsorship, brand partnerships, agency or events — you've sold ideas and positioning, not just performance numbers
- Comfortable in front of marketing and brand leaders at companies of real size
- You build your own pipeline and like it that way
- Fluent Italian and English

The team you would join

Young talent with a lot of energy and a real appetite to learn, working alongside senior people who have already sold to banks and opened markets. More than twenty people, average age twenty-five, four founders, and the ambition to become the leader in the European market by bringing financial education to more than 300 million people.
