ppbSegula Technologies /b is looking for onebAutomotive CAD Senior Designer /b to join our team and support an important Client. /ppThe candidate should have at least 10 years of professional experience, including prior experience with an Automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier in component and system development, with a proven track record of successfully meeting their responsibilities. /ppSpecifically, it is mandatory to have a relevant technical experience on at least one of these 4 specific areas: /polliUpperbody and Closures /liliExternal Trims /liliInteriors /liliMechatronics /li /olh3Key Responsibilities /h3pCoordinate and manage the technical activities of an international cross-functional team, in order to secure the components and systems official release /ppSupport the building of the CAD physical models of the vehicle and their sub-systems /ppMaturate the CAD models adjusting the architecture, feasibility,



materials and thicknesses based on the validation feedback /ppGuarantee the correct release of the CAD data into the customer Teamcenter /ppProvide technical documentation drawings and participate to reviews of designed systems /ppDefine and achieve the technical scope for each system, ensuring that it meets all legal requirements and project specification targets /ppDrive the Engineering Change Management process /ppSupport the physical build phases and drive the problem solving process for engineering and quality issues. /ppManage suppliers with a cross-functional team of Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and the other OEM Business Unit involved in the process /ppUnderstanding of the design, weight, cost, and quality constraints of various materials used within the scope and their manufacturing processes /ppExecute and present the project reports to management and customers /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
