The Regional Facilities Manager will be ultimately responsible for the proper maintenance and operability of all assigned company centers. In addition, they will act as the main supervisor and will collaborate in the execution, coordination, and completion of all annual CAPEX projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Case management: Receiving and monitoring all incidents through the CMMS system (SIGE21).
- Ownership of issues: Taking responsibility for center-related problems and determining the appropriate solution for each case.
- Facility operations strategy: Developing and maintaining operational strategies for each center’s facilities and ensuring their proper application across all control systems.
- Communication: Providing timely communication to the Department Director, Area Managers, and centers regarding the approach to service and relationship-building.
- Annual planning: Preparing the annual audit plan for centers, structuring annual budgets related to the area, and identifying new needs.
- Reporting: Providing a weekly report to the Facilities Director through agreed and structured summaries covering financial areas (P&L; of their scope).
- Energy monitoring: Tracking energy consumption, analyzing data, and proposing improvements.
- CAPEX: Following up on and executing the assigned CAPEX refurbishment projects.
- Travel availability: Willingness to travel between 2 and 3 days per week.

Required Technical Degree and Experience

- Technical university degree in engineering, with extensive experience related to HVAC systems, thermal production, water treatment, swimming pools,



BMS control systems, low‑voltage systems, transformer stations, energy‑generation systems, and monitoring.
- English· Italian· Spanish it’s recomended

Required Technical Skills and Specific Knowledge

- Strong technical support and customer‑service skills: ability to quickly gain trust at the centers; budget‑control orientation and achievement of objectives.
- Knowledge of thermal energy production equipment, chillers, geothermal systems, cogeneration, boilers, and air‑handling units.
- BMS expertise, with highly valued specific knowledge of the Trend brand.·
- Knowledge of water‑treatment systems, filtration, and chemical dosing. Knowledge of electroporation is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of fire detection and extinguishing systems.
- Highly valued knowledge of DHW (domestic hot water) systems and Legionella prevention.
- Strong problem‑solving skills: ability to quickly and accurately assess impact, complexity, and urgency of reported issues.
- · Competence in managing energy consumption.
- Driving license.
- High level of knowledge of Italian regulations and legislation related to GO fit’s building typologies.
