We are looking for an inspiring, dynamic, and results-driven Rooms Division Manager to join our executive team.

The Role

As Rooms Division Manager, you will lead the strategic and operational direction of the Front Office and Housekeeping departments. Your main goal will be to deliver flawless guest experiences, optimize departmental profitability, and mentor a high-performing team to exceed Hilton quality standards and guest satisfaction metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations of Front Office, Guest Relations, and Housekeeping, ensuring seamless cross-departmental collaboration.

Guest Experience: Continuously monitor guest satisfaction scores (SALT/KPIs) and actively implement initiatives to enhance the guest journey.

Financial Performance: Assist in budget preparation, manage departmental forecasting, control operational costs (labor and supplies), and maximize revenue in partnership with the Revenue Management team.

Talent Development: Train, motivate, and develop team members, fostering an inclusive environment aligned with Hilton’s values.

Brand Standards:



Ensure strict compliance with Curio Collection by Hilton brand standards, as well as health and safety regulations.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Rooms Division Manager or Assistant RDM in a luxury resort or 5-star hotel, preferably within international hotel brands.

Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory (additional languages are highly valued).

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a guest-centric mindset.

Proficiency with Property Management Systems (experience with Hilton’s OnQ system is a major asset).

A passion for authentic hospitality and a sharp eye for detail.
