Future Cruise Consultant - Onboard Our Ships:
WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Future Cruise Consultant, you will inspire guests to start planning their next adventure before the current one even ends. By combining your passion for travel, consultative sales skills and relationship-building abilities, you will transform memorable cruise moments into future travel opportunities.

Guest Engagement & Travel Inspiration
Connect with guests and inspire them with destinations, itineraries and future travel opportunities.
Deliver engaging presentations and promotional events that spark curiosity and excitement about future cruises.
Create memorable interactions that strengthen guest loyalty and enhance the onboard experience.

Sales & Business Growth
Promote and sell future cruises, helping guests find their next perfect holiday.
Own your sales targets and contribute to onboard revenue growth through a consultative sales approach.
Identify new opportunities to engage guests and maximize conversion throughout the cruise journey.

Communication & Promotion
Create and deliver impactful communications, from welcome messages to invitations and special offers.
Support onboard events and selected excursions to build relationships and generate new sales opportunities.
Promote Costa's products and destinations with enthusiasm, professionalism and credibility.

Collaboration & Operational Excellence
Collaborate closely with onboard leaders and shoreside teams to ensure exceptional sales experience.
Monitor sales performance, share updates and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Support a culture of safety, professionalism and service excellence across all activities.

WHO YOU ARE

Required:
Upper secondary school diploma (a Travel Agent Diploma is highly appreciated)
Proven experience in sales and storytelling, ideally in a guest-facing environment
Excellent command of Italian (C2) and English (C1)
A third language at minimum B1 level (French, German, Spanish)




Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Customer-focused and relationship-driven, with a natural ability to build trust and create memorable experiences
Results-oriented and resilient, motivated to achieve ambitious goals
Authentic communicator and storyteller, able to inspire and engage with energy and empathy
Curious, positive and collaborative, comfortable working across departments with a proactive attitude

Nice to have:
Previous experience in cruise, travel or hospitality sales
Previous experience on board or in international, multicultural environments

Fixed-term, full-time, onboard — average duration 4–6 months
