This is a broad and highly visible role that goes beyond traditional executive assistance, combining executive support, stakeholder coordination, office operations, supplier management, employee services, and compliance-related activities. /ph3The Role /h3ulliProvide senior-level administrative and business support to the General Manager. /liliAct as a trusted representative of the General Manager's Office when interacting with senior leaders, employees and external stakeholders. /liliManage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and executive priorities. /liliSupport preparation of executive presentations, leadership materials and business communications. /liliCoordinate internal communications and corporate correspondence. /liliLiaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless business operations. /liliCoordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities in partnership with managers and support functions. /liliSupport supplier management, purchase orders, and office-related services. /liliCoordinate mandatory medical examinations and employee health initiatives with external providers. /liliSupport health, safety, and compliance-related administrative processes and documentation. /liliAssist with employee engagement activities, company events, and welfare initiatives. /liliIdentify opportunities to improve administrative processes and enhance the employee experience. /li /ulh3Your Skills and Experience:
