**Outbrain is seeking a Milan based Business development intern to join our quickly growing Italian team. We work on consulting and delivering promoted services for publishers - such as CED, MEDIAMOND, SOLE240re, ANSA, SKY**
**More specifically, the Business development intern** will be responsible for supporting Account Managers and taking responsibility for managing and supporting Tier 2 publisher relationships. This includes working on all operational and strategic aspects to ensure delivery and performance, including technical set up, monitoring, analysis, up-selling and retention, to help clients and Outbrain reach their objectives,**
**As with all Outbrain positions, we're looking for someone who is resourceful, bright, proactive, a go-getter, works well independently and as part of a team, is passionate about what they do with an interest for consultative business development.**
**Deliverables: What you will achieve**
**Support Account Managers in their daily tasks covering**: - **
Campaign creation: selecting images, creating new titles and reviewing ads,**

Campaign follow-up: monitoring daily stats and delivery, adding new content and weekly reporting,**
- **




Optimisation proposition and implementation,**
- **
Results analysis & recommendations on advertisers content strategy,**
- **
Creating sales and campaign analysis decks.**
- **
Sales support for our Sales and Business Development team, including lead generation, management and liaison with potential customers.**
- **
Support the sales team with preparation of proposals, sales documents and customer-specific offerings**
- **
Launch new initiatives to help drive additional and new business** **Winning factors**:
