**Job Description**A Night Auditor must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
Deal with all Front Office operations (check in check out escorting - cashier operations) according to company policies, procedures and compliance with our code of conduct;
- Able to provide information / reservations about activities, etc;
- Coordinate Staff according to Guest needs and company procedures;
- Process the closing / reopening operations of the day of the hotel, supervising the closure of all the outlets (restaurants, bars, etc.); Process of the daily reports to the administration and other main departments of the hotel;
- Assist our Guests with all the room service requests with the cooperation of bar / restaurants staff
- Handle emergencies according to the procedures.
**Work Experience**Previous work experience in the same position Fluent in English and Italian. A third language preferred Stong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of hotel systems as Fols or Opera
