Would you like to find out more about our great family and contribute to the teaching and development of the future generations as a School Manager? **Your mission** Your main mission will be to lead the team of ambassadors of the Kids&Us; brand and method (teachers), be the person of reference with the families, define the necessary business actions to sell the Kids&Us; learning method, and build the loyalty of the families we work with. **Your day-to-day will consist of**: - Anticipate and plan the needs of the Kids&Us; school in terms of budgets, organization and purchasing.
- Organize, prepare and motivate the structure of the team so that the company runs smoothly. To do this, it will be necessary to look for passionate talent to join our project.




- Carry out the entire student enrollment process.
- Promote Kids&Us; in the local market by developing and executing, with the Head Quarter's support, the marketing plans of the center, and specific activities such as fun week and opening days.
- Coordinate activities in the school with the teams and families through careful and appropriate communication.
- Guarantee the fulfilment of the agreement signed with Kids&Us; and all the applicable regulations and laws (GDPR, workplace safety, and workplace relations). **The skills you need**
- Will be valuable to have previous experience in the retail business as a store manager (commercial and sales profile).
- English C1 level it’s a must
- More than 3 years of experience in the roles described above or in team management and management of commercial activity.
