/p pDepartment: Marketing /p pLocation: EMEA-Italy /p h3Description /h3 pDue to continued growth and success in the region, we are looking for a Clinical Trainer who will provide education and clinical customer support of the iTero Intraoral scanner and CAD/CAM services to customers.
/p pIn this role you are responsible for developing customer loyalty through clinical and educational customer needs assessment, workflow optimization, product and procedural training, in-servicing, and required customer follow up.
You play a key role in supporting education and knowledge transfer, in-practice as well as remote scanner trainings to our customers, internal stakeholders, and 3rd party commercial organizations.
The process includes interaction and communication with all customer facing functions to clarify all inquiries and develop medical education materials.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide virtual training of iTero element IOS /li liParticipate in trade fairs, congresses and events to represent iTero and SCCS overall /li liProvide support and education to customers in the areas of IOS, iTero, IOC, OrthoCAD and troubleshoot any of these software/hardware in their interactions with IDS or Clincheck software /li liAssist with review of PowerPoint presentations, digital images and scans for marketing and/or sales materials as well as clinical education materials related with IOS, iTero, IOC and OrthoCAD /li liInvestigate and analyze clinical, software, hardware related customer inquiries, complaints and trouble?shooting /li liAccurately and thoroughly document information in the company's database(s)



about each contact handled following defined parameters /li liEnsure timely resolution to customer education needs whether inbound or outbound /li liBe alert to trends in requests and issues reported by customers.
Research information to answer inquiries from customers and share learnings with departmental peers and management /li liConduct occasional evaluations of our customers /li liFollow up on IOS customers after the initial VCT is concluded to evaluate learning curve and determine if further follow-ups with extra educational material are needed /li liAround 20% travel is required for congresses or commercial activities /li /ul h3Skills, Knowledge Expertise /h3 ul liDegree as Dental Technician with solid knowledge of ExoCAD /li liStrong interpersonal, listening and persuasive communication skills /li liDynamic, optimistic, accurate, results oriented, hard?working, creative /li liAbility to work without constant supervision /li liDependable with attention to detail /li liWillingness to learn /li liFully IT Proficient /li liGood English skills /li /ul h3Applicant Privacy Policy /h3 pReview our bApplicant Privacy Policy /b for additional information.
