In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our core IT infrastructure, user workstations, network devices, and automated facility systems.
/ppThis is a hands-on position ideal for a tech-savvy individual who enjoys a mix of classic system administration, networking, smart building systems (domotics), and general infrastructure management.
/ph3Skills and experience required /h3ullibSystem Administration Domain Management: /b /liliManage and support Windows Server Domain Controllers (Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy).
/liliProvision, maintain, and troubleshoot domain-joined client workstations and user accounts.
/liliManage File Server access rights and ACL permissions.
/liliAdminister centralized antivirus and endpoint security solutions.
/lilibNetwork Hardware Support: /b /liliSupport and perform basic management of company NAS storage solutions.
/liliMonitor and maintain core network equipment (servers, switches, routers, and firewalls).
/liliManage and configure our VoIP phone system.
/liliMonitor building integration systems, including security alarms and CCTV video surveillance networks.
/liliAssist in managing industrial and home automation systems (KNX, Siemens S****** PLCs).
/liliMonitor and track energy management systems, including HVAC (climate control) and photovoltaic (solar) panels.
/lilibAsset Facility Technical Oversight: /b /liliPerform routine checks, preventive maintenance tracking, and asset management for critical infrastructure: UPS units, HVAC/AC systems, fire extinguishers, and elevators/lifts.




/liliWork with external vendors and specialized contractors for physical infrastructure servicing.
/li /ulh3Requirements Qualifications /h3ullibTechnical Background /b /liliDegree/Diploma in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, or equivalent hands-on experience.
/lilibCore IT Skills: /b /liliGood familiarity with Windows Server environment (Active Directory, DNS).
/liliKnowledge of NAS systems and ACL permission management.
/liliBasic understanding of IP networking concepts (routing, switching, subnets, VLANs).
/liliFamiliarity with central antivirus control consoles and VoIP administration.
/lilibAutomation Systems: /b /liliBasic knowledge or exposure to KNX protocols and/or Siemens S****** PLCs.
/liliInterest in smart building management, solar power systems, and facility maintenance.
/lilibLanguages: /b /liliNative Italian speaker (or native-level proficiency, both written and spoken).
