ppThe resource, joining the Payments team, will have the opportunity to gain experience within Operations and learn about the main back-office activities related to the services of this Area. /ppIn particular, the resource will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge and gain a comprehensive view of Payment Systems, understand the characteristics of the products offered by the Bank, especially to Retail customers, support both the drafting and review of operating manuals/banking procedures, and participate in the implementation or improvement of processes, including accounting-related aspects. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3pThe resource will support the team in the following activities: /pulliManagement of the settlement of services offered, such as SCT payments, SDD, cheques, account closure etc. /liliReview of operating manuals related to procedures /liliParticipation in the implementation or improvement of the Area’s processes /liliWork in constant compliance with the Bank’s policies /liliSupport in the analysis of the most relevant transactions /liliSupport in preparing summary reports of data requested by other areas /liliSupport in managing relationships with second-level functions /liliSupport in retrieving data for risk indicators /liliSupport in supplier monitoring activities /liliSupport in the analysis and closure of risk events /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliDegree in Economics or similar fields /liliGood IT skills – MS Office, particularly Excel /liliAccuracy, punctuality and attention to detail /liliFlexibility and adaptability /liliGood command of English /liliPrevious experience in the field will be considered a plus /li /ulh3About ING /h3pING offers many opportunities to build a diverse and rewarding career.
