ppbThe Palace Company Europe /b is seeking a bSenior Legal Counsel /bto join its bLegal Department /b. /p h3Main Responsibilities: /h3 ul liManagement and supervision of the entire Corporate Secretariat and the deadlines of the various Italian and foreign entities of the group, including the preparation of documentation for Boards of Directors and Shareholders' Meetings; /li liProvide legal support, even independently, to corporate functions (operations, procurement, marketing, real estate) in the field of civil, commercial and corporate law; /li liIndependently draft, review and negotiate contracts relating to hotel management, lease and rental of business units, supply of goods and services, commercial agreements; /li liCoordinate the opening and development of new facilities; /li liMonitor the regulatory evolution of the sector (tourism, consumer protection, privacy) and guide the company in the adaptation processes; /li liCoordinate the management of litigation with the professionals in charge, together with the management of client claims; /li liOverseeing corporate compliance activities, including the Organisational Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and group policies, also supporting their strategic updating; /li liManage privacy issues,
