Your Mission
You will take full ownership of a manufacturing site, leading people, performance, and transformation.
From production efficiency to team engagement, from safety to continuous improvement, you'll be the driving force behind a site that delivers results while creating an environment where people can thrive. With production spanning multiple product categories, the site offers a dynamic and complex manufacturing environment where flexibility, innovation, and operational excellence are key.

What You'll Own
Leading all site operations across different Supply Chain functions (Production, Planning, Maintenance)
Building a high-performing culture where accountability,



collaboration and development come first.
Driving productivity, efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensuring world-class standards in Safety, Quality and Food Compliance.
Translating business strategy into clear operational priorities and results.
Coaching and developing future leaders across the organization.

What You Bring
Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Background in Engineering, Operations or Industrial Management.
Strong experience leading large teams within Food & Beverage or related industries.
Passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Fluent English.
