Zenith Global, part of IQ-EQ, is seeking a Transaction Manager to join the Transaction Management Office in Italy.
The role focuses on supporting securitisation transactions from mandate receipt through to issuance, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution, post-closing amendments, and audit readiness.
The candidate will require a degree in Law/Economics/Finance, solid financial services experience, and excellent English.
